Canine Lifeline was created by dog trainers.
Our foster carers are all dog trainers: some are also dog groomers, dog walkers & dog sitters, vet nurses and dog photographers. Most importantly we are all dog parents. Each of us has a passion to help the relinquished dogs in our care blossom and be the best that they can be. We take on those that need behavioural help that they might not be able to receive elsewhere and give each dog the individual attention it needs.
We are all now also fund raisers, administrators, website constructors and committee members. Most of us are new to these roles but have expanded our horizons to try to better the lives of the dogs we wish to rescue and rehabilitate.
We will be aiming to expand these horizons as we further develop, and would like to thank every sponsor, supporter, friend and follower. Your support, advice, contributions and donations make what we do possible.
Finally we would like to thank our canine friends who teach us so much and provide us so much pleasure.
Canine Lifeline’s aim is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome abandoned dogs, focusing primarily on re-training dogs with behavioural problems before re-homing.
We will fulfil this mission by performing the following functions:
Providing secure & suitable foster homes for dogs that are currently in Canine Lifeline’s care.
Rehabilitating and training undesirable dogs behaviours using established training methods.
Re-homing desexed, vaccinated & microchipped dogs into deemed suitable new forever homes.
Educating new adoptive owners on suitable on-going training options for their new canine family member.
Providing support and follow up to foster carers and adoptive families.
